How to redeem:
- Redeem online during the redemption period.
- An e-redemption letter will then be sent to your registered email address or phone number via Whatsapp.

- Customer shall present the e-redemption letter (either in printed form or shown on the mobile device) at the designated outlets, to collect the designated service within 3
months from the issued date of the e-redemption letter.
